    Shallot Powder - As this product is a vegetable powder without anti-caking agents, it does clump up naturally. Also known as:ground shallots or eschallot powder.

Usage method

Water-soluble flavor :generally suitable for beverages, carbonated beverages, fruit juices, popsicles, jelly, cold drinks and soon. The reference dosage was 0.059%~0.12%

Oil-soluble:flavor is mainly used in cookies, candies, bread cakes and other baked goods. The reference dosage is 0.1%~0.2%

Emulsified essence can give flavor and color, generally used in non-transparent carbonated beverages, fruit juices and ice cream and candy. The reference dosage was 0.05%~0.129%
Powder flavor:

It is suitable for adding flavor to drinks, cereals, soups, snack foods and candy cookies. The reference dosage is 0.08%~2%
Water-oil dual-use essence has better heat resistance and higher aroma intensity, which is suitable for ice cream, bread,cake, candy and beverage. The reference dosage was 0.06%~0.2%
