• Composition Characteristics：It is mainly composed of volatile compounds that can represent the unique flavor of rapeseed oil. These compounds are scientifically blended to accurately replicate the rich and characteristic aroma of rapeseed oil, featuring a distinct and typical rapeseed oil scent to meet the need for simulating the aroma of rapeseed oil.

• Physical Properties：Generally, it is a light yellow to orange - yellow transparent oily liquid with good fluidity and solubility. It can be miscible with other oil - based substances and can also be dispersed to a certain extent in an aqueous system. Its physical parameters such as density and boiling point are similar to those of common oils. With moderate volatility, it can continuously release its aroma under appropriate conditions.

• Chemical Properties：It is relatively stable under normal storage conditions but is sensitive to high temperatures, light, and strong oxidants. High temperatures may cause some of its components to volatilize or undergo chemical reactions, altering the aroma characteristics.
